Job summary

Grab Singapore is seeking an ad-tech professional to drive advertising sales growth within the Commercial team. You will manage a portfolio of clients, cultivate a strong sales pipeline, and work with GrabMart and GrabPay to deliver OneGrab solutions.

This onsite role reports to the Manager, Non ACE Sales & Ads, in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. You will be responsible for end-to-end campaign execution, performance reporting, and ongoing optimization to maximize revenue and client

Qualifications

• Background in digital media or advertising sales.
• 4+ years of sales experience with a track record of meeting quotas.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating and campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a product expert for GrabAds placements.
• Identify, pitch, and acquire new clients through strategic outreach.
• Manage end-to-end campaign execution including activation, reporting, and optimization.
• Drive retention and growth of existing accounts by analyzing performance data and identifying opportunities to maximize revenue.
• Maintain understanding of the Singapore and Southeast Asia advertising landscape across industries.
• Utilize pipeline management and sales forecasting to deliver KPI-aligned reports.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers within media agencies and client organizations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to present integrated GrabAds, GrabMart, and GrabPay solutions.
