Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Project Manager (ACMV) in Singapore to lead complex ACMV projects from design coordination through installation and handover. The role is permanent, based at Midview City, with a basic salary plus VB as part of the compensation package.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in ACMV, strong leadership, and extensive experience coordinating with clients, consultants and subcontractors to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with specs and regulations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of ACMV experience, preferably in large or complex projects.
• Strong ACMV project management, site coordination, installation and commissioning experience.
• Experience leading engineering or project teams.
• Good knowledge of ACMV systems and construction delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead ACMV projects from pre-construction through installation, testing, commissioning, completion and handover.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, subcontractors, suppliers and site activities.
• Guide engineers to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, main contractors, authorities, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, submissions, method statements, shop drawings and material submissions.
• Ensure ACMV works meet specifications, drawings, codes and safety requirements.
• Monitor progress, identify risks or delays and implement corrective actions.
• Oversee costing, variations, procurement and contractual matters.
• Attend project meetings and provide progress updates to management and clients.
• Coordinate testing, commissioning, handover and project documentation.
• Ensure safety, quality and environmental compliance; resolve technical issues and maintain stakeholder relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
