Job summary

CAREERALLY PTE. LTD. invites an experienced ACMV Project Manager in Singapore to join our M&E team. You will oversee large-scale ACMV installations from planning through completion, ensuring quality, budget control and scheduling adherence.

The role requires a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and at least 10 years of hands-on ACMV installation and project management within an M&E subcontractor. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Office is essential to coordinate complex documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum 10 years hands-on ACMV installation and project management with an M&E subcontractor.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit and MS Office; good knowledge of ACMV codes and standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage ACMV projects from planning to completion with quality, budget and schedule targets.
• Lead engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and site teams to deliver safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate project documentation, submissions, claims, variation orders and stakeholder communications.
• Oversee testing, commissioning, system handover, as-built drawings and defect liability activities.
