Job summary

ATLAZ PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Senior Project Engineer to manage ACMV works across building projects in Singapore. You will oversee project coordination, site execution, technical submissions, subcontractors, testing and commissioning, documentation and project handover.

The role offers a clear path to progression into ACMV Manager or Project Manager, with emphasis on safe delivery, quality standards and timely reporting across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–5 years ACMV experience on Singapore construction projects.
• Experience with site coordination and installation of ACMV systems is required.
• Testing and commissioning experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage ACMV works from planning through T&C and handover.
• Coordinate with consultants, clients, main contractors, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review drawings, technical submissions, method statements and material requirements.
• Monitor project schedules, manpower, subcontractors and site progress.
• Resolve technical and site-coordination issues.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning and defect rectification.
• Assist with procurement, variation orders, claims and project reporting.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and project requirements.
