Job summary

BUILDBRIDGE PARTNERS PTE. LTD. seeks a Project Manager to lead ACMV works across major Singapore building projects. You will drive planning, coordination and delivery of ACMV/M&E activities, ensuring on-time handover and alignment with consultants, clients and contractors.

You will manage budgets, programmes and teams, review technical submissions, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. A strong background in building services and multidisciplinary coordination is essential.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of ACMV/M&E project experience.
• Proven experience managing building projects (commercial, residential, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, coordination and site execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead ACMV works from project start to handover.
• Oversee planning, coordination, and delivery of ACMV works.

• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, clients and other trades.
• Monitor site progress, quality, safety and technical compliance.

• Oversee project planning, coordination, execution and delivery of ACMV works.
• Manage project programme, budget, resources and subcontractors.
• Coordinate closely with consultants, main contractors, clients and other trades.
• Monitor site progress, quality, safety and technical compliance.
• Review drawings, specifications, method statements and technical submissions.
• Manage project documentation, variation orders, progress claims and other commercial matters.
• Lead and mentor the project team to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant ACMV/M&E project experience, preferably with an M&E contractor.
• Proven experience managing building projects such as commercial, residential, mixed-development, hotel or similar projects.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, project coordination and site execution.
