Job summary

buildbridge partners pte. ltd. seeks a Project Manager to lead ACMV works for major building projects in Singapore.

You will oversee planning, coordination, execution and delivery of ACMV systems, manage programme, budget, resources and subcontractors, and coordinate with consultants, main contractors and clients. The role requires a Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services and at least 8 years of ACMV/M&E project experience on building projects such as commercial,

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of ACMV/M&E project experience.
• Proven experience managing building projects such as commercial, residential, mixed-development, hotel or similar projects.
• Strong knowledge of ACMV systems, project coordination and site execution.

• Lead and manage ACMV works from project commencement through completion and handover.
