Job summary

Engmech Sdn Bhd, an air-conditioning and mechanical ventilation contractor in the construction sector, is seeking a Project Manager in Singapore to lead ACMV installation projects from planning to completion. You will review drawings and specifications, coordinate with main contractors, consultants, engineers and subcontractors, and develop schedules, manpower plans and procurement.

This role requires 5–8 years of ACMV or M&E experience, strong time management, communication and supervision

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in ACMV or M&E construction projects.
• Good time management, strong planning, organizational and supervision skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage ACMV installation projects from planning to completion.
• Review drawings and specs to ensure compliance.
• Coordinate with main contractors, consultants, engineers and subcontractors.
• Develop and monitor project schedules, manpower plans and procurement.
• Supervise site installation and uphold quality standards.
• Monitor budgets, cost control and variation orders.
• Oversee testing, balancing and handover of ACMV systems.
• Prepare progress and completion reports.
• Manage subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and project closeout.
