Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Finance Operations.
• Experience in Insurance/Financial services preferred.
• Strong knowledge of premium administration and receivables.
• Proven ability to lead projects and drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end premium processing to ensure timely transactions.
• Manage collections, aged receivables, and credit control to improve cash flow.
• Develop collection strategies with brokers and policyholders.
• Monitor claims hold and release processes for outstanding premium.
• Oversee SOA reconciliation with brokers and legacy balances clearance.
• Support budgeting, expense tracking, and financial planning.
• Prepare dashboards and financial reports to support decision-making.
• Lead governance, transformation, and controls improvement initiatives.
