Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial science, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of experience in actuarial related roles, with a focus on capital management and/or valuation.
• Professional actuarial qualification (e.g., FSA, FIA, or equivalent) or nearly qualified.
• Familiar with Singapore’s RBC2 regulatory framework.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Familiar with Data Analytics tools such as Python and SQL.
• Demonstrates alignment with the organisation’s core values through expected behaviours.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the capital and solvency position of the GEH Group and its subsidiaries.
• Carry out annual capital planning for the Group and Singapore entities, plus stress testing.
• Support the dividend process including impact on solvency.
• Assist in capital management strategies and improving capital efficiency.
• Perform the Matching Adjustment process and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain capital‑related policies and frameworks.
