Great Eastern in Singapore is seeking a senior leader to guide a team of Account Managers within Group Insurance (Agency & FAs). You will drive portfolio growth, retention, client servicing, and intermediary engagement while ensuring profitability and compliance.

You will coach, manage complex escalations, and lead strategic initiatives to uplift business performance and customer experience. A degree and 5–8 years in Group Insurance or account management are preferred.

Formación

• Degree or relevant industry qualifications.
• 5–8 years of experience in Group Insurance, Employee Benefits, or Account Management.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Leadership potential shown through mentoring others or leading projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Managers to achieve targets in retention, service, and profitability.
• Provide SME guidance on Group Insurance products, renewal strategy, and account management practices.
• Mentor team members and support their professional development.
• Conduct performance reviews and implement development plans to build capability.
• Oversee portfolio management to meet service standards and objectives.
• Serve as escalation point for complex client, intermediary, and operational issues.
