Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a finance professional to process invoices, prepare vendor payments and manage fixed asset accounting. The role includes month-end close, bank reconciliations and financial reporting, with a WFH arrangement and hybrid work setup at Tanjong Pagar, Singapore.

You will handle SOA generation, journal entries, currency exchange, and assist with internal controls. The position offers up to SGD 4,200 plus VB (about 2 months) and a 9–6 workday, Monday to Friday.

Formación

• Process invoices, freight and non-freight receipts with correct accounting codes.
• Prepare vendor payments and GIRO transactions.
• Prepare weekly SOA and monthly revenue comparisons.
• Handle vendor invoices, staff claims, and daily receipt processing.
• Manage fixed asset accounting including capitalisation, disposals and depreciation.
• Prepare monthly journal entries, exchange rates and expense reports.
• Assist with month-end closing, bank reconciliations and balance sheet schedules.
• Support budget preparation, financial reporting and internal control audits.
• Maintain proper accounting records, filing and documentation.

Responsabilidades
