Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. offers an accounting assistant role based at Tuas View. You will handle AP & AR, process invoices and expenses, and maintain precise accounting records in a supportive, hands-on team environment.

The position requires a Diploma/ITE in Accounting or equivalent and 1–2 years of accounting experience, with basic AP skills and Excel proficiency. Training provided and on-site work with beneficial transport options.

Qualifications

• Diploma/ITE in Accounting or equivalent.
• 1–2 years accounting experience preferred.
• Basic Accounts Payable (AP) experience required.
• AR experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Handle basic AP & AR and accounting transactions.
• Process invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and expenses.
• Perform data entry and maintain accounting records.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents.
• Support office administration, procurement and inventory.
• Assist with training room setup and general admin duties.
