Job summary

SPCO HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. Singapore is seeking an Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting and finance functions, reporting to the Group Accountant.

You will handle receivables, payables, general ledger, tax, and bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial records. You will also prepare monthly financial and management reports for subsidiaries, assist in group consolidation, support audits and tax queries, liaise with banks, and maintain strong vendor relationships to support

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience in accounting & finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Ability to work independently with accuracy and efficiency.
• Experience in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting and finance functions.
• Handle receivables and payables, GL, tax, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial and management reports for subsidiaries.
• Consolidate accounts and assist with group consolidation.
• Support audit and tax queries and liaise with banks.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and assist intercompany processes.
