Job summary

I-LAND INDUSTRIAL PARK HOLDING PTE. LTD. is seeking an Accounts Executive to independently manage day-to-day accounting for our Singapore and Myanmar subsidiaries.

You will maintain full sets of accounts, handle AP/AR, GL, reconciliations, payroll, GST and corporate tax support, and coordinate with external auditors and tax agents to ensure audit readiness and regulatory compliance. This role requires attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to work with overseas accounting teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Familiarity with Singapore accounting practices and statutory requirements.
• Experience handling accounts for multiple companies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full sets of accounts for Singapore companies to ensure accurate financial records.
• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries to support financial operations.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations to verify cash balances and transactions.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports to inform business decisions.
• Process payroll, CPF contributions, and staff expense claims accurately and timely.
• Assist with GST reporting, corporate tax preparation, and ensure statutory compliance with Singapore regulations.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretaries to facilitate audits and compliance.
• Maintain proper accounting records and supporting documentation for audit readiness.
• Liaise with overseas accounting personnel to ensure alignment of financial information and processes.
• Execute additional accounting and administrative tasks as assigned to support business needs.
