Job summary

SNIP AVENUE HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to manage daily operations across multiple companies. You will handle full-set accounting, payroll processing, GST compliance and monthly closing to support a growing finance team.

The role requires attention to detail, independence, and the ability to liaise with auditors and authorities. On-site work at Richfield Industrial Centre, Singapore, with standard Monday to Friday hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with full-set accounting.
• Good knowledge of Singapore accounting practices, GST, payroll and month-end closing.
• Proficient in MYOB and Xero.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts, including AP, AR and GL across multiple companies.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time, including CPF submissions.
• Prepare quarterly GST returns and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
• Prepare monthly P&L statements and financial reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage petty cash.
• Issue invoices, monitor receivables and follow up on outstanding payments.
• Prepare payment vouchers and process supplier payments.
• Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations.
• Perform month-end and year-end closing within deadlines.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and supporting documentation.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks and government authorities.
• Support budgeting, cash flow monitoring and other finance-related activities.
