ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED. is a public accounting corporation in Singapore seeking an Accounting Executive to manage the day-to-day accounting and finance functions.

You will maintain complete accounting records, handle payables/receivables, prepare payments, and support month-end close and audit processes. The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, familiarity with Singapore GST, and proficiency in accounting software and Excel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance or related discipline.
• 2–4 years accounting experience, preferably handling full set of accounts.
• Good knowledge of Singapore GST requirements.
• Familiarity with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the company’s full set of accounts and ensure records are accurate and up to date.
• Handle daily accounting transactions: accounts payable, accounts receivable, receipts and payments.
• Prepare supplier invoices, staff claims and payments; perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
