RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Accounts Executive to manage full sets of accounts for a portfolio of corporate clients in Singapore.

You will handle AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations, and prepare financial statements and management reports. The role requires a Diploma or Degree in Accounting, with experience in CSP or audit firms, knowledge of SFRS, GST, and Singapore tax rules. You will liaise with clients, auditors and government agencies, and support improvements while

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Relevant accounting experience in CSP or audit firm.
• Experience handling full sets of accounts for multiple clients.
• Knowledge of SFRS, GST and corporate taxation in Singapore.

Responsabilités

• Manage full sets of accounts for clients including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports.
• Assist with corporate tax computations and GST submissions.
• Ensure accounting records are accurate and comply with SFRS and IRAS regulations.
• Maintain proper accounting documentation, schedules and filing records.
• Liaise with clients, auditors, tax agents and government agencies on accounting and compliance matters.
• Handle clients' accounting and taxation queries with timely follow-up.
• Support senior management on complex accounting matters and process improvements.
• Review accounting work and provide guidance to junior team members.
