Job summary

TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking an experienced accounting professional to manage full-set accounts up to balance sheet and support financial operations. The role requires hands-on experience with payroll, GST, and statutory filings, with ERP exposure (SAP) and strong Excel skills.

You will work on AP/AR, bank reconciliations, budgets, and monthly management reporting, coordinating with the head office. A diploma in accounting/finance and 3–5 years of relevant experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Hands-on experience in full-set accounting.
• Payroll processing, CPF and GST knowledge.
• Proficient in SAP, Excel, and Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle full sets of accounts up to balance sheet.
• Manage AP, AR and collections.
• Perform bank reconciliations and process supplier payments.
• Prepare monthly statements and follow up on payments.
• Handle petty cash, staff claims and payments.
• Prepare monthly financial reports for management.
• Prepare budgets, cash flows and forecasts.
• Handle quarterly GST reporting and submissions.
• Prepare audit schedules and liaise with auditors.
• Coordinate with company secretary on statutory filings.
• Process monthly payroll, CPF submissions and annual IR8A.
• Maintain employee leave, medical and claims records.
• Liaise with vendors, including landlords, insurance agents and IT service providers.
• Perform other finance and administrative duties as assigned.
