Job summary

HN Corporate Services in Singapore seeks a Senior Accounts Executive to handle full sets of accounts for multiple entities, including month-end close, GST returns, payroll, and intercompany reconciliations. You will review work from Accounts Executives and support group consolidation and audits.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of accounting experience, LCCI/Diploma in Accounting, strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Must have LCCI Accounting qualification or Diploma in Accounting.
• At least 3 years of relevant accounting or audit experience.
• Hands-on experience in maintaining full sets of accounts and month-end/year-end closing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Able to work independently and meet reporting deadlines.
• Good attention to detail and organisational skills; follow up on outstanding matters.

Responsibilities

• Maintain full sets of accounts for one or more group entities.
• Prepare monthly general ledger, AR, AP, fixed assets and intercompany reconciliations, with schedules and journal entries.
• Prepare and submit GST returns within deadlines.
• Calculate monthly payroll and prepare payroll schedules.
• Process invoices, receipts, payments, journals and other accounting transactions.
• Perform project accounting and month-end closing; ensure accuracy and deadlines.
• Review work by Accounts Executives; follow up on balances and discrepancies.
• Assist with group consolidation, audits, tax queries and other finance matters.
• Undertake other accounting and finance-related duties as assigned.
