Job summary

Good Job Creations Singapore is assisting a client by expanding its finance team. The role focuses on managing full sets of accounts, month-end closing, financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit preparation.

You will collaborate with auditors, tax agents, and internal teams to ensure accuracy and timeliness. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Accounting, with at least five years of accounting experience and solid Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Accounting.
• At least 5 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting operations, full set accounts, month-end closing, financial reporting, and taxation.
• Experience with audit preparation and statutory compliance requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas and data analysis functions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set accounts and monthly/year-end closing.
• Process and monitor AR transactions accurately and promptly.
• Record journal entries and maintain the General Ledger.
• Prepare reconciliations and balance sheets, and assist with monthly management accounts.
• Prepare P/L statements, balance sheets, and supporting schedules.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and company secretaries when required.
• Support SST/GST/VAT matters and tax-related documentation.
• Assist with UAT, system implementation, and finance administration duties.
• Perform ad hoc assignments as assigned by management.
