Job summary

Rigging & Marine Services Pte Ltd (RMS) is seeking a detail-oriented Human Resource Executive with a strong accounting background to join our team in Singapore. The role focuses on managing AP/AR processes, maintaining the full set of accounts, and supporting month-end closing and reporting.

The ideal candidate has a diploma or degree in accounting/finance and 3–5 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in accounting software and Excel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in accounting/finance required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.
• Proficient in handling full set of accounts and financial records.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable (AP) processes: Invoice registration and processing, Matching invoices with purchase and delivery orders, Handling debit and credit notes.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) functions.
• Maintain full set of accounts with accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare and process payments and disbursements.
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations.
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting.
• Ensure proper maintenance of financial records and filing systems.
• Support the finance team with ad hoc duties when required.
