Job summary

DADACONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior Accounting Specialist to manage overseas entities under US GAAP, including monthly and annual closings.

You will reconcile data between international and group entities, handle intercompany/AP activities, and maintain Oracle-based records with robust documentation. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and at least 3 years of cross-border accounting experience, with strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 3+ years of cross-border / international accounting experience.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP; familiarity with Accounting Standards is an advantage.
• Experience using at least one major ERP / financial accounting system; Oracle experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills and ability to work independently across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Full-set accounting: Independently manage the full accounting cycle for overseas entities under US GAAP, including monthly and annual closing.

• Finance systems & documentation: Perform data entry and routine maintenance in Oracle, and maintain complete and traceable electronic accounting records, supporting documents and contracts.
