Job summary

dadaconsultants pte. ltd. Senior Accounting Specialist will manage the full accounting cycle for overseas entities under US GAAP, including monthly and annual closing.

You will handle international reporting, intercompany and AP management, and maintain Oracle-based records with complete supporting documentation.

This role requires 3+ years cross-border accounting, solid US GAAP knowledge, and the ability to work independently across multiple entities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
• 3+ years of cross-border/international accounting experience.
• Solid knowledge of US GAAP; familiarity with accounting standards is an advantage.
• Experience using ERP/financial accounting systems; Oracle experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently across multiple entities.

Responsibilities

• Full-set accounting: manage full accounting cycle for overseas entities under US GAAP, including monthly and annual closing.
• International reporting: reconcile data and reporting between overseas entities and Group entities, investigate discrepancies, and prepare quarterly adjustment reports to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance.
• Intercompany & AP management: perform intercompany reconciliations, track and clear discrepancies, and manage regular reconciliations with external suppliers, including settlement documents, invoices and payment differences.
• Finance systems & documentation: data entry and routine maintenance in Oracle, and maintain complete and traceable electronic accounting records, supporting documents and contracts.

• Full-set accounting: Independently manage the full accounting cycle for overseas entities under US GAAP, including monthly and annual closing.
• International reporting: Reconcile financial data and reporting between overseas entities and Group entities, investigate discrepancies, and prepare quarterly adjustment reports to ensure reporting accuracy and compliance.
• Intercompany & AP management: Perform intercompany reconciliations, track and clear discrepancies, and manage regular reconciliations with external suppliers, including settlement documents, invoices and payment differences.
