Job summary

PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled professional to manage accounting, HR operations and systems improvements in Singapore. The role covers full sets of accounts, payroll, process automation and data integrity across ERP and HR systems.

You will lead monthly closings, budgeting and tax coordination, while coaching the team to deliver accurate financial reports and streamlined processes in alignment with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related discipline.
• 5+ years hands-on accounting experience with full set of accounts, financial closing and audit schedules.
• 2–3 years practical HR experience including payroll and employee lifecycle administration.
• ERP implementation, system integration and data migration with requirements gathering, validation, testing or go-live.
• Knowledge of Singapore GST, tax and payroll requirements; ability to work with external advisers.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review full set of accounts including general ledger, receivables, payables, invoicing, payments, employee expense claims and reconciliations.
• Coordinate monthly and annual closing, financial reporting, schedules and reconciliations; analyse budget performance and variances.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, GST reporting, corporate tax matters and external audits.
• Oversee routine accounting work and HR-related transactions; ensure internal controls and process adherence.
• Drive ERP/HR system implementations, data cleansing, mapping, testing and cutover activities.
• Coordinate with IT, Salesforce and external vendors on data flows, mappings and controls.
• Lead and coach the team, monitor deadlines and performance; provide regular updates to leadership.
