Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Executive/Assistant Manager to lead Accounting and HR operations. You will manage a full set of accounts, drive monthly closings, and oversee payroll and employee records in a dynamic environment.

You will partner with the Head of Department on ERP and system integration projects, map processes for automation, monitor controls, and ensure compliance with Singapore GST, payroll obligations and audit schedules while guiding a developing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Accountancy or closely related discipline.
• At least five years of hands-on accounting experience including full set of accounts and audit schedules.
• HR experience and payroll knowledge in Singapore context.
• Experience with ERP implementations, data migration and testing.
• Knowledge of Singapore GST, tax and payroll obligations; strong Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and review full set of accounts, including GL, reconciliations and invoicing.
• Coordinate monthly and annual closing, financial reporting and variances analysis.
• Support budgeting, cash flow, GST and corporate tax matters; coordinate external audits.
• Oversee HR payroll, attendance, leaves and employee records; support lifecycle events.
• Drive systems implementation, process improvements and automation initiatives.
