Job summary

Pasona Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Assistant Manager / Senior Executive to oversee accounting and HR operations in the marine industry. The role covers financial operations, payroll, and HR administration with emphasis on process improvements and ERP system collaboration.

The successful candidate will manage month-end close, statutory reporting and payroll, while coordinating with external advisers and internal stakeholders. A strong background in ERP systems and governance is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• At least five years hands‑on accounting experience, including full set of accounts and audits.
• Approximately two to three years HR experience, including payroll and lifecycle administration.
• Experience with Salesforce integration, MS Dynamics 365, Oracle or similar ERP/HR platforms; MYOB or Financio is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts: GL, receivables, payables, invoicing, payments and reconciliations.
• Coordinate monthly and annual closings, reporting and variance explanations.
• Support budgeting, cash flow, GST and tax matters; handle external audit coordination.
