TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned professional to manage full sets of accounts and lead HR administration in Singapore. The role covers monthly and year-end closings, budgeting, payroll oversight, and ERP system implementations.

You will ensure compliance with local regulations and drive process improvements, data migrations, and user acceptance testing, while mentoring a finance/hr team and delivering accurate financial reports.

Qualifications

• A degree in Accounting, Accountancy or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on accounting experience.
• 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably payroll and employee administration.
• Experience in ERP/accounting system implementation, data migration and UAT.
• Knowledge of Singapore accounting practices, GST, tax and employment requirements.
• Experience in team supervision and process improvement.
• Strong Excel, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Oracle, MYOB, Financio or HR systems is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Manage full sets of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, invoicing, payments and reconciliations.
• Handle monthly and year-end closing, financial reporting and audit schedules.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cash flow monitoring, GST and tax matters.
• Oversee payroll, attendance, leave, employee records and expense claims.
• Manage HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and offboarding.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting, tax, payroll and employment requirements.
• Support the implementation of accounting, ERP and HR systems, including data migration and UAT.
• Identify opportunities for automation, system integration and workflow improvements.
• Supervise daily operations, allocate tasks and coach team members.
• Prepare SOPs, monitor operational performance and provide updates to management.
