Job summary

Allied Outsourcing Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Associate to join our accounting team in Singapore.

You will manage full sets of accounts for diverse clients, oversee daily accounting functions, payroll processing, and GST filings, while ensuring timely month-end closing and accurate financial reporting. We value ACCA progress or accounting qualification, at least 4 years of relevant experience, and prior staff supervision.

Qualifications

• Pursuing/ qualifications in ACCA or Accounting, Tax or Business Degree/Diploma.
• At least 4 years of relevant experience for Senior Associates in Accounting environments.
• Experience supervising staff or a team is required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and handle full set of accounts for different clients and ensure timely recording of transactions.
• Handle day-to-day accounting, monthly HR/Payroll processing, and quarterly GST filing.
• Prepare accounting schedules, reconcile accounts, and generate cash flow reports.
• Ensure timely month-end closing and financial reporting.
