CORPORATE OUTSOURCE PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior accounting professional in Singapore to lead Outsource Assistants and Seniors, guiding the team in book-keeping, management accounts, and statutory reporting.

Qualifications

• A degree in accountancy and/or equivalent professional qualification.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a professional services firm in a BPO (Client Accounting) environment.
• Proficient with accounting software and strong numerical accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with Singapore accounting knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of Outsource Assistants and Seniors.
• Provide guidance to team members and review work.
• Book-keeping and preparation of management accounts.
• Prepare statutory reports (Financial Statements and Notes).
• Prepare custom reporting packages per client requirements.
• Support clients in audited engagements where applicable.
• Cash management and payment processing.
• GST preparation and filing.
• Payroll processing including OT, allowances, and related filings.
• Prepare payroll details and disbursement; manage leave.
• Prepare IR8A and IR21 where required.
• Handle client portfolio and assign jobs to team members.
• Billings and debtor management for portfolio.
• Review work by Assistants and Seniors.
• Manage workload to meet client deadlines; negotiate deadlines/fees if needed.
• Propose resolution steps for client issues and report to director on key items.
