Job summary

SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an Outsource Senior Accounts Executive in Singapore to manage full sets of accounts for a portfolio of clients as their outsourced accountant, handling daily accounting, payroll, and GST filings.

You will prepare financial reports, reconciliations, month-end closing, and unaudited financial statements (SFRS), liaise with auditors and authorities, and ensure compliance with standards. The position is based at Bendemeer area with a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA.
• 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in outsourced firms.
• Able to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.

Our client is an established audit and advisory firm in Singapore, recognized as part of a top global accounting and consulting network with presence in over 100 countries and 330 business centres.

They are currently seeking to hire an Outsource Senior Accounts Executive for their affiliated outsourcing arm — a professional accounting services firm providing end-to-end finance, payroll, and compliance support to businesses. The salary is up to $4,500 + performance bonus.

Working Location: Bendemeer (5 mins walk from MRT station)
