Job summary

SEARCH AVENUE PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking an Outsource Senior Accounts Executive in Singapore to manage full sets of accounts for a portfolio of clients as their outsourced accountant, handling daily accounting, payroll, and GST filings.

You will prepare financial reports, reconciliations, month-end closing, and unaudited financial statements (SFRS), liaise with auditors and authorities, and ensure compliance with standards. The position is based at Bendemeer area with a 5-day work week.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or ACCA.
• 2 years of accounting experience, preferably in outsourced firms.
• Able to work independently and in a team under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts for a portfolio of clients as outsourced accountant.
• Handle daily accounting, payroll, and GST filings.
• Prepare financial reports, reconciliations, and month-end closing.
• Compile unaudited financial statements (SFRS).
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and authorities.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Support clients on finance operations and reporting needs.
