Allied Outsourcing Services Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Associate to join our accounting team in Singapore.

You will manage full sets of accounts for diverse clients, oversee daily accounting functions, payroll processing, and GST filings, while ensuring timely month-end closing and accurate financial reporting. We value ACCA progress or accounting qualification, at least 4 years of relevant experience, and prior staff supervision.

Allied Outsourcing Services seeks full time Accounting professionals to join in the positions of Senior Associate.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and handle full set of accounts for different clients and ensure timely record of accounting transactions
• Responsible for day-to-day accounting functions, monthly HR/Payroll processing, and quarterly GST filing
• Checking, verifying and processing expenses submitted by clients
• Ensure all payments and receipts are properly authorised and recorded in accordance with accounting best practices
• Preparation of accounting schedules, reconciliation of accounts, management & cash flow reports.
• Ensure timely and accurate month end-closing and financial reporting
• Compiling Unaudited Financial Statements in accordance with SFRS
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties such as external auditors, tax agents, local tax and government authorities as and when required
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned and required by the company

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• Pursuing/ Qualifications in ACCA, or Accounting, Tax or Business Degree/Diploma
• At least 4 years of relevant experience for Senior Associates in Accounting related environments
• Experience supervising staff/team is required

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Knowledge of Singapore compliance laws with ACRA, IRAS and CPF Board
• good knowledge and hands-on experience with cloud based accounting and payroll software such as QuickBooks on-line, XERO and/or JustLogin
• Proficient in MS Office applications

• Able to work independently with minimum supervision

• Prior experience in an accounting, audit or tax firm is an advantage
