Job summary

RECRUIT EXPERT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced finance professional to lead accounting, reporting, and governance. You will prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of ledgers and financial statements, while driving budgeting and variance analysis.

You will collaborate with project teams on forecasts, oversee taxation, audits, and statutory filings, and continuously improve accounting processes. A minimum of 5 years of full-set accounts experience and SAP expertise are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing full sets of accounts.
• Hands-on SAP (R3 or S4 HANA) experience.
• Experience in project cost analysis and group accounts consolidation.
• Strong knowledge of corporate taxation, GST regulations, and financial reporting standards.
• ACCA/CPA/CA certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and ensure accuracy of ledgers, financial statements, and management reports.
• Drive budgeting process, monitor variances, and deliver actionable financial insights.
• Partner with project teams to track expenditure forecasts, analyze cost structures, and report variances.
• Manage comprehensive finance operations including reporting, treasury, taxation, audits, statutory filings, and governance matters.
• Evaluate and enhance accounting practices, reporting systems, and workflows to improve efficiency and reliability.
