Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Financial Accounting & Reporting professional to prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial accounts.

You will manage AP/AR functions, perform balance sheet reconciliations, record journals and assist month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings.

The role requires IFRS knowledge, SAP experience and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimise working capital; salary up to SGD 6,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• SAP proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly and annual financial accounts.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve reconciling items.
• Record journal entries, accruals, provisions and adjustments.
• Manage AP/AR functions including invoicing, payments and collections.
• Monitor GRNs, receipts and open POs to ensure proper accounting.
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of general ledger balances.
• Support month-end, quarter-end and year-end closings.
• Prepare financial reports for management and group reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise working capital.
