Job summary

Responsibilities include preparing management accounts, budgets, cash flow, and variance analyses, with a focus on process improvements. Collaboration with Operations and Procurement is essential, leveraging Excel and ERP systems to enhance efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience including full-set accounts and audits.
• Familiarity with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and GST regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate recording of financial transactions and day-to-day bookkeeping.
• Prepare monthly management accounts, bank reconciliations, and variance analyses.
• Assist in budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
• Monitor budget performance and provide variance analyses to support decisions.
• Process payment runs and reconcile sales transactions.
• Monitor A/R ageing and manage cash flow position.
• Coordinate with external auditors and assist in financial statements.
