Job summary

Conda Capital Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our finance function. The role involves hands-on bookkeeping, treasury management, and some financial planning for the firm.

You will handle treasury operations, GST and corporate tax compliance with our tax advisor, and oversee the full set of accounts, ensuring timely monthly book-keeping and preparation of annual financial statements in line with SFRS standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• 3-5 years of finance experience, preferably in asset management or hedge funds.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Treasury & Cash Management: make necessary payments, manage cash flow and liquidity.
• Tax & Regulatory Compliance: GST reporting and corporate tax returns with external advisor.
• Financial Control & Reporting: oversee full set of accounts, monthly book-keeping, and annual financial statements; ensure compliance with regulations and SFRS; implement controls.

Conda Capital is an investment fund. As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Accountant to join our finance function.

The Senior Accountant will assist with book-keeping, treasury function and finance related matters. This role requires a hands‑on approach, with responsibilities ranging from day‑to‑day operational tasks to some level of financial planning for the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

Treasury & Cash Management

• Make necessary payments
• Manage cash flow, bank accounts and liquidity

Tax & Regulatory Compliance

• Work with external tax advisor for GST reporting and corporate tax returns

Financial Control & Reporting

• Oversee full set of accounts and ensure timely and accurate monthly book‑keeping
• Prepare annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and SFRS standards
• Implement financial controls and maintain accurate financial records

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting.
• Proven experience 3-5 years in a finance, preferably within the asset management or hedge fund.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
• Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Excel, Quickbooks, etc.).
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
