Job summary

Charterhouse Pte Ltd is seeking a hands-on Assistant Finance Manager to lead fund accounting, NAV preparation and investment reporting for a fast-growing private fund. You will own cash/position reconciliations and monitor portfolio performance, while collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires a degree in Accounting/Finance and 5-7 years in fund accounting or related areas, along with strong knowledge of financial markets and proficiency in

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or Economics.
• 5-7 years' relevant experience in fund accounting, investment reporting or investment operations.
• Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets and multiple asset classes, including equities, fixed income and alternatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Bloomberg or portfolio management systems experience is advantageous.
• Self-motivated, hands-on and able to work independently in a fast-paced investment environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Our Client is looking for a hands-on Assistant Finance Manager to take ownership of fund accounting, investment reporting and financial operations, while partnering closely with senior stakeholders to drive accuracy, efficiency and process improvements.
