Job summary

GMP Technologies (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Manager, Account Sales to lead strategic accounts in semiconductor capital equipment. You will act as the primary interface for commercial and relationship matters, develop plans to grow sales, and manage key customer relationships at senior levels.

Collaborate with R&D and product teams on tool adoption, align with customer roadmaps for 3D NAND, DRAM, and HBM projects, and drive pricing strategy, contract negotiations, and order management.

Qualifications

• Degree in Materials Science / Chemistry / Applied Sciences / Physics or related engineering field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in semiconductor capital equipment sales or account management.
• Strong knowledge of wafer fab processes such as Etch, Deposition, Clean, Wet Process, and Assembly.
• Experience engaging with development and pilot lines as well as high-volume manufacturing.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Japanese language ability is advantageous for communications with headquarters in Japan.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface for commercial, business and relationship matters.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales, revenue and market share.
• Manage key strategic customer accounts and build senior-level relationships.
• Lead pricing strategy, contract negotiation and order management.
• Monitor sales forecasts and align with customer roadmaps for fab expansion.
• Collaborate with R&D, product and factory teams to align tool capabilities with customer roadmaps.
• Provide insights to global and executive management and identify new growth opportunities.
