Job summary

WPP Production in Singapore is seeking a Senior Account Executive to own day-to-day account management, lead end-to-end campaign execution, and be the primary client contact. You will work with senior leads to drive client satisfaction, account growth, and mentor junior team members.

You will coordinate across creative, media, production, strategy and tech, ensuring campaigns deliver value and meet objectives while leveraging AI tools to enhance efficiency and output quality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in account servicing within advertising or marketing agency.
• Foundational production knowledge to support end-to-end campaigns.
• Proven experience applying AI tools to optimize workflows and campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Act as a primary day-to-day contact for clients and build strong relationships.
• Lead coordination and execution of campaigns from brief to delivery.
• Develop clear briefs and ensure they are sharp and actionable.
• Own project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, spotting risks early.
• Champion the use of AI tools across the team and workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and present clients with insights and recommendations.
• Support commercial management including scoping, estimating, tracking budgets.
