Job summary

You should have 3–6 years in account management within advertising or creative agencies, with familiarity in digital marketing and AI-powered platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience in advertising, marketing or creative agency environments.

• Experience with AI-powered platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Associate Account Director and Business Director with day-to-day operations of this retainer account.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as the primary contact for communications and updates.
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets and quality standards are met.
• Prepare cost estimates and understand client objectives to translate into actionable briefs.
• Monitor performance and provide data-driven insights and reporting to clients.
• Proactively manage risks, issues and scope changes while maintaining client satisfaction.
