Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking an OJT Champion to lead on-the-job training on a 100% cleanroom/manufacturing floor. You will coach new hires and existing staff on procedures, workmanship, and safety using iOMS, with a focus on fast-tracking new hires to contribution within twelve weeks.

You will assess skill gaps, promote safety and quality, and continuously improve training methods across the site while evaluating workmanship and 6S practices to raise overall efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching on-the-job to improve procedures and safety.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-the-job training with new hires and staff on standard procedures and safety.
• Identify skill gaps and training needs through OJT assessments.
• Promote safety and quality standards through daily coaching and observation.
• Accelerate time to contribution for new hires across multiple units within 12 weeks.
• Stay updated on coaching techniques and drive site-wide training improvements.
• Evaluate workmanship to standard and identify trends across units.
• Assist line leads in developing training plans for new hires.
