The ideal candidate holds an engineering qualification, has semiconductor manufacturing and cleanroom experience, and brings strong communication and troubleshooting skills to enable effective knowledge transfer across experience levels.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in electrical/electronic/mechanical/mechatronics or related discipline.
• Experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience in cleanroom environments.
• Baseline electrical/electronic troubleshooting using test equipment such as multimeters.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for training delivery.
• Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive mindset with continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training sessions through classroom instruction and hands-on demonstrations.
• Deliver training according to curricula and work instructions.
• Share industry knowledge to enhance trainee learning outcomes.
• Diagnose and resolve issues during training activities.
• Support continuous improvement to training effectiveness.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and positive relationships with trainees and stakeholders.
• Assist with training planning, coordination and admin tasks.
• Adhere to safety policies and promote a strong safety culture.

Education
