Ambition Singapore is seeking a Principal Consultant, Engineering & Manufacturing as a Talent Acquisition Specialist responsible for attracting and hiring high-calibre engineering, technical and manufacturing talent. You will partner closely with hiring managers and business leaders to build strong talent pipelines and support business growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition experience in engineering or manufacturing.
• Experience in semiconductor/electronics/manufacturing industries preferred.
• Strong direct sourcing and headhunting capabilities.
• Good understanding of semiconductor engineering and manufacturing functions.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Engineering or related discipline.
• Fluent English; Asian languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across engineering, technical and manufacturing functions.
• Develop sourcing strategies through LinkedIn, job portals, direct sourcing, referrals and networks.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and candidate profiles.
• Screen candidates, conduct interviews and negotiate offers.
• Provide market insights on talent availability, salary benchmarks and trends.
• Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
