Job summary

PASONA SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Service Engineer (Semiconductor) to support our customers in Singapore.

You will process customer work pieces in a Class 1000 cleanroom and perform inspections, dicing/grinding, and data collection to ensure specifications are met. You will discuss technical requirements with customers, manage projects, and coordinate with internal teams in Singapore and Japan. A bachelor's degree in engineering and strong attention to detail are essential, with hands-on

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related field (preferred).
Hands-on with an eye for detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

Process customer work pieces in a Class 1000 cleanroom environment.
Conduct incoming and outgoing inspection checks.
Dicing and/or grinding of work pieces on the company's machines.
Collect measurement data to confirm conformity to specifications.
Pack customer work pieces accordingly.
Discuss technical requirements with customers; provide recommendations on processing methods.
Project management and follow-up of customer enquiries.
Follow operating procedures and workflows.
Liaise with internal stakeholders in Singapore and with Japan.
Suggest improvements to workflows and cost reduction.
