Silicon Box Inc. is seeking a seasoned QA Manager to lead the Quality Assurance function, overseeing QMS, CQE, FA and REL. You will establish and continuously improve quality processes while building a strong quality culture across the organization.

Ideal candidates have semiconductor manufacturing experience with QMS, customer quality, failure analysis and reliability, and proven leadership to drive audits, RCA and corrective actions for high product quality.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field required.
• Minimum 10 years QA experience in semiconductor manufacturing with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Auditor certification in ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949 is preferred; familiarity with ISO 14001.
• Strong analytical ability to structure processes and drive improvements.
• Hands-on experience with MSA, GR&R, FMEA, Control Plans, SPC and quality software tools.

Aufgaben

• Lead QA function including QMS, CQE, FA and REL to drive quality culture.
• Oversee QMS management, audits with regulators and customers, and compliance closure.
• Plan and conduct risk assessments and quality control reviews.
• Manage APQP, PPAP, FMEA & Control Plan programs.
• Lead FA lab activities and root cause analysis using SEM/EDX, X-ray, and other techniques.
• Develop reliability test plans per JEDEC standards; lead qualification for new packages.
