Job summary

Techware seeks an experienced QC/QA Engineer/Manager to ensure product quality across plastics, rubbers, steels, aluminum, and rubber-molded components. The role emphasizes hands-on quality tools, CAPA, and cross-functional collaboration with production, engineering, and supply chain.

The candidate will perform inspections, develop inspection and control plans, and drive continuous improvement while liaising with customers to address quality concerns and preserve strong technical relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Materials Engineering (or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of quality control experience in CNC machining or precision manufacturing.
• Experience with plastics, rubbers, steels, aluminum, and rubber molding.
• Ability to speak and read Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections for CNC-machined and moulded components.
• Develop inspection plans, control plans, and quality checklists; ensure GD&T compliance.
• Conduct audits of machining and molding processes and maintain ISO/AS documentation.
• Lead CAPA investigations with cross-functional teams and communicate findings to customers.
