Job summary

Qualifications
- Experience in servicing customers' quality related issues in the semiconductor industry.
- Entry level applicants are welcome.
- Willing to work overtime and travel overseas 2-3 times per month.
Responsibilities
- Handle customer quality issues and continuous improvement activities.
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions related to quality.
- Perform process optimization and statistical benchmarking.
- Handle external audits according to Technical Specifications and ISO standards.
