Job summary

Kerry Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Quality Manager to lead quality activities in a semiconductor manufacturing environment, driving QMS, CQE, FA and REL programs.

You will coordinate ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 compliance, oversee APQP/PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA and 8D processes, and steer root-cause investigations across manufacturing. Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years QA experience in semiconductor manufacturing.
• 5+ years managerial or team leadership experience.
• Strong knowledge of QMS, CQE, FA and reliability.

• Lead QMS, customer quality, failure analysis and reliability activities.

Quality Manager (Semiconductor)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality activities within a semiconductor manufacturing environment. The role covers Quality Management Systems (QMS), Customer Quality Engineering (CQE), Failure Analysis (FA), Reliability (REL), audits and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QMS, customer quality, failure analysis and reliability activities.
• Manage ISO 9001, IATF 16949 and VDA 6.3 compliance and audits.
• Drive APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, MSA, SPC and 8D activities.
• Lead customer complaints, RMAs, root cause investigations and corrective actions.

Requirements
