RecruitPedia Pte Ltd invites applications for a Program Manager to join a leading Contract Manufacturing client in Singapore’s East, to drive transformation projects within the Procurement team. You will build relationships with customers and guide the RFQ process, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with strategic objectives.

You will lead cross-functional teams, foster collaboration, and strive to achieve annual sales and revenue targets while enhancing technical capabilities and project

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical/electronic/manufacturing engineering or related field.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills to lead cross-functional teams.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in engineering or project management.
• Experience in semiconductor process equipment manufacturing would be an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Develop, maintain, and grow business relationships with customers to drive sustainable growth.
• Achieve annual sales and revenue targets for assigned SBUs.
• Evaluate new opportunities to align with capabilities and strategic objectives.
• Provide leadership and motivate team members with clear strategies and processes.
• Lead RFQ process, sales order fulfilment, ECN, cost-reduction initiatives, and on-time delivery.
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and business objectives.
