Job summary

You will coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, and operations, manage schedules and costs, and mitigate risks while delivering results for internal and global customers. Excellent communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program/project management experience in engineering or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Experience in semiconductor industry or supply chain preferred.
• Strong cross-functional leadership in technical/manufacturing settings.
• Experience with OEM components, process power systems, and assemblies.
• Experience with global suppliers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans and lead projects from conception to deployment.
• Drive cost, schedule, and performance objectives for equipment and deliverables.
• Interface with engineering, operations, supply chain, and business teams to drive supply chain projects.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation and resolution plans.
• Provide technical input to team members to support successful project execution.
• Manage project schedules using project management tools and reports.
